Dr. Fernandez received his MD at the University if Seville, Spain, and did his residency at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, Amarillo, TX. Dr. Fernandez has served the Northern Virginia community for many years, treating patients in a general practice setting, especially diabetes and high blood pressure.

Dr. Fernandez is also a Public Health physician, diagnosing and treating sexually transmitted diseases, and adjunct Professor of Anatomy and Physiology at Germanna Community College in Fredericksburg, VA.

Dr. Fernandez expresses his medical philosophy thus:
